Third Day we travel to Stockholm
Cross the Oresund into Sweden and travel north through lush forests and meadows bordering the shores of Lake Vättern. Continue northwards to Stockholm, Sweden's beautiful capital surrounded by islands. (SB)

Fourth Day see Stockholm then a Mini-Cruise to Finland
Admire Stockholm's biggest landmarks this morning with your Local Specialist, with views of the Royal Palace and City Hall. Built on a maze of islands linked by bridges, Stockholm is an interesting city to wander through. Don't miss the opportunity to soak up the atmosphere before embarking on your mini-cruise to Finland. Fifth Day arrive in Finland with Sightseeing and Free Time

Sixth Day its onto St. Petersburg
Today we leave Finland to begin our exploration of Russia. We’ll travel along the Gulf of Finland and through the forests of Karelia before reaching St Petersburg, our home for the next two nights. Seventh Day its Sightseeing and Free Time in St. Petersburg
The Tsar's Winter Palace, Nevsky Prospekt, St. Isaac's Cathedral and the Statue of Peter the Great feature on your guided sightseeing tour. Explore St. Peter and Paul Fortress with your Local Specialist and spend the rest of the day as you wish. You might like to visit the Hermitage Museum or the residence of Peter the Great in Peterhof. Eighth Day see the Ancient City of Novgorod

Ninth Day we visit Tver then head to Moscow

Tenth Day see the sights of Moscow with Free Time

Eleventh Day we stop in Smolensk then continue to Minsk
Drive past the region of Borodino, site of Napoleon's great defeat, and stop for lunch near Smolensk. Later cross the border into Belarus and continue to Minsk. Twelfth Day we sample Brest then go onto Warsaw

Thirteenth Day enjoy Sightseeing and Free Time in Warsaw

Your Local Specialist will offer a guided tour of the interiors of two iconic churches. The Church of the Saviour on the Spilt Blood, built to commemorate the assassination of Tsar Alexander II, has one of the country's most intricate displays of mosaic icons. On this full-day tour, your Local Specialist will take you to the villages of Pushkin and Petrodvorets, where you will visit Catherine's Palace and Peterhof Gardens, respectively. Recently restored, Catherine's Palace is most famous for the fabled and wholly unique Amber Room. Located on the Baltic, Peterhof Gardens are modeled after those at Versailles.
