It's Insider moments like… dazzling your palate with the special Botrytis Riesling at Josef Chromy's 1880s homestead vineyard. Their famous wines top off a lunch of island produce in the fabulous landscaped gardens. Feeling at one with the rainforest as you glide down the Gordon River to the ruins of Sarah Island penal colony. Following each stage of cheese production with Ashgrove Farm's owner – till you taste the exciting wild wasabi or lavender variety. Tucking into your teatime gift of home-made treats from the custodians of the Shene Estate, after you tour its Gothic splendour.
