It's tasting the unique ‘ice wine' in the 200 year old log barn of a winery on the Niagara Peninsula. Discovering how the grapes are frozen on the vine, before heading to the stone Carriage House for a private dinner of delicious authentic dishes, paired with estate wines.

First Day Arrive in Toronto
Welcome to Toronto, Canada's largest city! After checking into your hotel, take advantage of some time on your own to relax or explore the hustle and bustle of the city. At 6 p.m., gather at the hotel with your Travel Director and fellow travellers for a Welcome Reception.

Second Day its Toronto Sightseeing and Free Time
Start the day with an orientation tour of cosmopolitan, multi-cultural Toronto, viewing Casa Loma, the massive castle residence built by a Toronto financier during the early 20th century; sprawling Queens Park; the lively entertainment district; stately University Avenue and the Provincial Parliament Buildings. The remainder of the day and evening are yours to explore this exciting city on your own or perhaps embark on an optional trip to the top of the iconic CN Tower.
Third Day from Toronto to Niagara Falls
Experience the majesty of one of the world's great natural wonders. Travel through the lush wine-growing region between Lake Erie and Lake Ontario before arriving at Niagara Falls. Enjoy a panoramic view of the thundering cascades before taking an exhilarating boat ride to the base of spectacular Horseshoe Falls. This evening, enjoy a delightful experience at a family-owned and operated winery. Join your hosts for an exclusive tour and tasting of their award-winning wines, including their famous ice wine, a speciality of the region, made from grapes that have been frozen while still on the vine. The result is a refreshingly sweet dessert wine. Sample some of Niagara's regional cuisine created with local seasonal ingredients at a Be My Guest dinner served in a marvellous setting with stunning views of the vineyard.
Fourth Day its off to Kingston
Heading north, follow the scenic shores of Lake Ontario through the countryside to the historic town of Kingston. Here, visit Old Fort Henry, a 19th century British military fortress. Learn about British garrison life during the years just before the confederation of Canada. This evening, enjoy a Regional Meal aboard a cruise across Kingston's Thousand Islands region.
Fifth Day visit Upper Canada Village and Montreal
Follow the thread of the nation's history in Upper Canada Village, a re-created rural community where costumed interpreters immerse you in 1860s life. Explore more than 40 businesses and homes, including a blacksmith shop, a schoolhouse and a sawmill. Then travel to Montreal, the cultural capital of French Canada and the largest French-speaking city outside of France. Here, your Local Expert introduces you to the historic sites of the city, including spectacular Notre-Dame Basilica, the colourful port area and the modern, bustling downtown. Stop at Mount Royal (the hill that gave its name to the city) for panoramic views over one of the loveliest cities in North America.
Sixth Day travel from Montreal to Quebec City
This morning, wind your way along the beautiful St. Lawrence River, stopping at thundering Montmorency Falls, cascading down from nearly 100 feet (30 metres) higher than those at Niagara. This afternoon, find yourself within the fortified walls of old-world Quebec City with its artisanal bakeries, flower markets and lively cafes offering a taste of Paris in the New World. Tonight, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

Seventh Day Quebec for Sightseeing and Free Time
Join your Local Expert on an exploration of the city, walking the narrow streets of the atmospheric Old Town and the Plains of Abraham, the site of a major colonial battle between the British and the French. Enjoy the afternoon on your own. Perhaps browse the city's shops and galleries, visit a museum or simply sit and watch the world go by at a charming cafe. The evening is at leisure for you to continue exploring or perhaps savour an optional dinner at a local restaurant.
Eighth Day its off to Ottawa for Sightseeing
Travel back into Ontario to Ottawa, Canada's stately capital. Upon arrival, embark on an introductory tour of the city, viewing the elegant buildings of Parliament Hill, Rideau Hall, the residence of the Governor General of Canada, and the beautiful downtown parks with their exquisite gardens.

Ninth Day enjoy Free Time in Ottawa
The day is yours to spend as you like, immersed in the history and culture of Canada's lively capital. Stop at a gallery or two, explore one of Ottawa's many museums, or visit Rideau Canal—a UNESCO World Heritage Site that becomes the world's largest skating rink in the winter months. Tonight, toast to your Eastern Canada adventure with new found friends at a festive Farewell Dinner.
Last Day Depart Ottawa for Toronto
Return to Toronto where you are transferred to Toronto International Airport or the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel if you're extending your stay. Please do not schedule any flights before 6pm.

Visit The stunning Museum of Nature and engage with your on-site guide as your are toured through three main exhibits. - Next board your Ottawa River cruise to see the natural beauty of the region that captured the imagination of the first European explorer Samuel de Champlain. The cruise offers you a view of the city as it was first conceived with the river as its main highway and resource. See Parliament Buildings, Supreme Court, Museum of Civilization, National Art Gallery, Rideau Falls, the Residence of the Prime Minister and much more! Tour length: 4 hours (Minimum: 10 guests).
Join us for a special evening on the Ile d’Orleans. Located a few miles east of downtown Quebec in the St. Lawrence River, the “Island of Orleans” was one of the first areas occupied by early French colonists.Travel through the rolling farmlands to the south side of the island and stop for a dinner at the Moulin St. Laurent Restaurant. (Minimum: 15 guests)
Since the CN Tower opened in 1974, Canadians and tourists from around the world have made the trip to Toronto to celebrate this marvel of civil engineering. At 1,815 feet (553.33 meters) tall, the award-wining communications and observation tower was formerly designated the world’s tallest freestanding structure (surpassed in 2009 by a Dubai skyscraper.) Your admission gives you access to the Lookout Level for panoramic views as well as the Glass Floor where you can peer straight down 1,122 feet (342 meters). Casual and fine dining and an arcade are located in the tower but are not included in your admission. Tour length: 2 hours. (Minimum: 20 guests).
