First and Second Day Welcome to Bangkok

Arrive in Thailand’s fascinating capital city for a two-night stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel or another luxury hotel in Bangkok.

Third Day we board the Express and Travel to Thailand

Enjoy a private transfer from your hotel to the station and board the Eastern and Oriental Express train.

Settle in as the train rolls through the stunning countryside. Dinner is served in one of the luxurious dining cars. Afterwards, head to the Bar Car to relax with fellow travellers or retire to your cosy cabin.

Fourth Day we Tour Thailand

After breakfast, disembark at the River Kwai Bridge station for a leisurely cruise guided by a local historian. Visit the Thailand-Burma Railway Centre and take some time to explore the Don Rak War Cemetery.

Return to the train and reflect on your day over a fabulous dinner.

Fifth Day its Sightseeing in Malaysia

Spend the morning admiring the changing scenery as the train travels through Malaysia.

After lunch, disembark at Kuala Kangsar for a guided tour of this fascinating royal town, taking in the majestic Ubudiah Mosque. Following a visit to the Royal Museum of Perak, the tour concludes at the Sultan Shah Gallery.

Rejoin the train for a refreshing cocktail accompanied by live piano music before a glamorous final dinner on board.

Sixth to Eighth Day Disembark and see the sights of Singapore

Arrive in Singapore and bid farewell to the train. You will be met by one of our representatives for your private transfer from the station to the iconic Raffles Hotel for a two-night stay.

Enjoy time at leisure or book a half-day sightseeing tour with us (supplement applies). Sightseeing options include a bumboat ride along the Singapore River or visits to the Padang, Cricket Club, Parliament House, Supreme Court, City Hall, Thian Hock Keng Temple and the National Orchid Garden.
